The 114ce features a solid spruce top with layered sapele back and sides, with American mahogany neck and ebony fretboard, in the popular Grand Auditorium (GA) body size.
The GA body is slightly smaller than a dreadnought, but deep enough to still provide a full, rich tone, while its increased articulation makes it equally suited for finger style. tone, I find theres virtually no tradeoff with a dreadnought.
